International direct dialing is not available with this service, but you can use our Prefix 0063 service to make international calls.
Please note that it takes up to 48 hours from activation to setup your 0063 service.
To use our Prefix 0063 service, just remove the '+' or '00' from the start of the international number you are calling and replace it with 0063. For example, to call a number in the USA, simply dial (prefix) 0063 (country code) 1 (phone number) 2223334444. The number should look like this 006312223334444 when placing your call.
Useful Tip - For the international numbers you call often, make a second entry in your contacts list with the number saved in Prefix 0063 format. You can then use this entry for when you're making calls and the original entry for when you are sending text messages or making WhatsApp, iMessage, etc., calls.
