All charges are billed in US dollars per minute. The rates shown above apply to calls made to both cell phones and landlines.
Calls to the Voicemail Retrieval number will be billed at the 'Calls to Mobal World Phones' rate.

WiFi Calling

If cellular network coverage is not available but you are able to connect to a WiFi network, you may still be able to place calls or send SMS text messages by using the "WiFi Calling" feature.

Calls made using the "WiFi Calling" feature will be chargeable at the standard per minute / per message rates that are listed for your Mobal plan.

If calls are placed / messages are sent via an alternative 3rd party application (such as "Whatsapp" or "Line for example") while connected to cellular data this usage will just be deducted from Mobal plan's data allowance.
