Melbourne is a shopping haven. Home to thousands of local boutiques and great shops, Melbourne has made a name for itself as the place to go to get your shopping fix. Not far from Melbourne is the Great Ocean Road. Named the best road trip in Australia by many, this long stretch of road hugs the ocean almost the entire drive. It passes through national parks, famous landmarks and is famous for finding Koalas in the wild. The 12 Apostles are the biggest draw to the road. In the middle of the country is Uluru or Ayers Rock. This is to be considered the most sacred and spiritual location in Oz. The Aborigine culture and community are the best part of the area, providing tours and stories of how their ancestors lived and how Uluru was believed to be the place where Australia started.
