We’re pleased to announce that calls to the TELL Lifeline are now completely free of charge to Mobal customers.

 

The TELL Lifeline is a totally anonymous, totally confidential mental health support phone service for English-speakers in Japan. If you need someone to talk to about anything at all, the TELL Lifeline is your dedicated emergency service. It’s staffed by trained operators who are there to talk and listen with sensitivity.

 

Until now, calls to the TELL Lifeline have been charged by all networks at the standard call rate, but from now, Mobal has decided to make calls to the TELL Lifeline free of charge. You don’t need to do anything – if you call the Lifeline then the call will be free on your monthly Mobal bill.
