A 45,000 seater retractable roof stadium located in Toyota City- approx. 1 hour bullet train from Tokyo. Built in 2001 the Toyota stadium is home to the J-league club Nagoya Grampus and Toyota Verblitz rugby union team. To get there from Tokyo one option is to take a bullet train to Nagoya and take various local trains until you arrive at Toyota-shi station- the stadium is 15 mins walk. Total journey time from Tokyo to stadium can take 3-4 hours and upwards.
