We’re delighted to release our new quickstart guide for the Blu Zoey, our basic handset.

    I try to call the test number (+1 423 254 5841) on my new blu zoey and get a response recording “the phone you are using does not allow outgoing calls”. I get the same recording when trying to call Support (+1 212 785 5800). How can I get service?

      Thank you for your comment – I have forwarded your question on to our support team who will be in touch as soon as possible. If you prefer you can call our support team on 212 785 5800 from another phone if you are able to do so.

    Hi, If I purchased just the SIM card for $9, and purchase a separate GSM-enabled phone, does Mobal provide the phone numbers (US and UK) on the SIM card?

    The new quickstart guide is great! I have had the email sitting in my inbox since it was first sent. Today I finally downloaded the guide. Sure makes it easier to get on communicating with BLU Z. Its been so long since I first charged up the battery, that I guess I will have to do an overnight charge to get it back to what it should be. Really have not used the phone due to the lack of easy to see and understand instructions with the old start up guide. On a couple of quick notice trips I never even packed the phone due to not wanting to labor through the instructions. Thanks for the new guide.
