We want you to be able to get the most out of your Mobal MyAccount wherever you are in the world, so your new Mobal MyAccount has been built from the ground up with your cellphone in mind. That means that it’s now easier than ever to make changes to your service, get in touch with us, add extra data, see your recent charges and much more, right from the palm of your hand!
You’re In Control
Your new Mobal MyAccount puts you in the driver’s seat. It’s simpler than ever before to see how much fast data you’ve used so far this month, and how much you have left to see you through until your allowance resets. If you’re running low, you can choose to add extra fast data, or even upgrade your plan with immediate effect, without needing to leave your MyAccount!
Start Earning Credit
At the bottom of your cellphone’s screen when you log in to your Mobal MyAccount, you’ll find a button marked ‘Refer A Friend’. We highly recommend that you tap it, because you can start earning some serious credit! Follow the instructions to earn ¥1,000 account credit for every friend that joins Mobal. You’ll get your credit added straight to your account when your friend activates their SIM, and they’ll get ¥1,000 too. There’s no limit to the number of friends you can refer, so you could soon be getting your Japan Unlimited service for free!
